Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time / Day Shift Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur10:30 AM - 06:30 PM Fri10:30 AM - 06:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report policy violations and/or suspicious behavior. Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation while following Allied Universal standards and site instructions for daily operations. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
