In this technical-commercial role, you'll collaborate with customers, sales teams, and industry experts to drive growth, deliver value, and bring innovative solutions to market.This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.Your key responsibilities:Drive the growth of the Mycotoxin Risk Management business across EMEA by supporting the regional strategy and identifying new commercial opportunities.Partner with sales teams and key customers to provide technical expertise, deliver value-based solutions, and strengthen customer relationships.Deliver training and knowledge transfer programs that enable internal teams and customers to understand and effectively apply mycotoxin risk management solutions.Support the launch and market introduction of innovative mycotoxin management technologies, translating scientific knowledge into commercial success.Develop compelling technical value propositions and customer-focused materials to position dsm-firmenich as the industry leader in mycotoxin risk management.Collaborate across functions, geographies, and species segments (poultry, swine, ruminants, and aquaculture) to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer support throughout the EMEA region.We offer:A high-impact regional role with responsibility for driving Mycotoxin Risk Management growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.The opportunity to work for the market leader in mycotoxin risk management and contribute to innovative solutions that improve animal health and production.A remote and flexible work environment, allowing you to be based anywhere in Europe while collaborating with an international team.Exposure to leading customers and industry experts, giving you the chance to influence technical and commercial decisions across the feed industry.Continuous learning and development opportunities in animal nutrition, mycotoxin risk management, business development, and technical marketing.A collaborative, cross-functional international team where you will work closely with sales, marketing, technical experts, and innovation teams to shape the future of sustainable animal production.You bring:A degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agronomy, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field.Several years of experience in the animal nutrition, feed, livestock, or animal health industry, with a strong understanding of commercial market dynamics.The ability to combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset, translating scientific knowledge into value for customers and sales teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to train, influence, and engage both internal and external stakeholders.A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to thrive in an international matrix organization, managing multiple priorities across regions and functions.Fluent English and willingness to travel across the EMEA region, building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry partners.About Solution Company SolCo is built as a customer-focused, innovation-driven solutions company, dedicated entirely to animal nutrition.
