Labor & Employment Associate (Class Years 2017-2021)
We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join our growing Labor & Employment practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of experience at a peer law firm representing employers in complex employment matters.
The practice focuses primarily on employer-side litigation , with additional exposure to employment counseling and workplace investigations .
Key Responsibilities
The annual compensation range for this position is $310,000-$435,000 . Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and other operational considerations.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in a broad range of labor and employment litigation matters
- Manage and support class actions and representative actions , including:
- Wage and hour disputes
- Employment discrimination matters
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Support employment advice and counseling work for clients
- Assist with internal and workplace investigations
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Law school class years 2017-2021 preferred
- Minimum 3 years of labor and employment experience at a peer law firm
- Experience handling employer-side employment litigation required
- Experience with class actions and representative actions strongly preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
The annual compensation range for this position is $310,000-$435,000 . Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and other operational considerations.
