ServiceNow Developer - HRSD

Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications. Responsibilities Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable Work in an Agile manner Work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable Perform custom development as required and 3rd party integrations Carry out unit testing and defect resolution Carry out migration of the changes to production Assist with technical design and documentation Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements Requirements 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification Bonus Points if you have Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow ITSM experience Custom application development experience Bachelor's degree Security Clearance An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph Compensation and Locations As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
