About This Role The RN, Anticoagulation role at Mass General Brigham involves providing compassionate patient care in an outpatient setting, assisting in procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. Highlights Location: Dover, NH Facility: Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm What You'll Do Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards. Conduct patient assessments and devise care plans. Assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Administer medications and perform IV therapy. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
