The selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training courses for Ground Control Systems (GCS), and command, control, communications, and intelligence (C4I) system. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise to support, brief, and train customer personnel on GCS capabilities and operations. The candidate will work with air vehicle pilots (AVPs), engineers, and simulation technicians to design, implement, evaluate, and document training and technical publications.The successful candidate must have experience in utilizing technology-based multimedia applications applying both innovative concepts, methodologies, and technical skills, using multiple media tools for development of applicable courseware to include latest research trends in graphic design, software, and training development techniques. They should have experience with the instructional system design methodology and courseware development process.The successful candidate must have working knowledge of the following technical areas that will be utilized for instructional material development and instruction related to GCSs and ancillary equipment: system integration, verification and validation, supportability, and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology. In addition to, applications of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
