A high-volume hospitality business operating within the restaurant industry. The organization delivers a fast-paced, service-driven environment with a strong focus on financial accuracy, operational discipline, and performance tracking. The finance function plays a critical role in supporting both day-to-day operations and leadership decision-making.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate audits and implement recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

The Successful Applicant
- A strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing financial operations.
