Forklift Operators

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Forklift Operators in the Hagerstown, MD area.

Responsibilities:

Move materials on wheeled carts weighing up to 500 pounds.
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as required.
Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials.
Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
Load and unload trailers as required.
Adhere to the GXO 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence.
Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
Perform inbound receiving processes.

Desired Background/Skills:

Ability to operate forklifts including reach truck, turret truck, order picker, or cherry picker.
Experience with Crown or Raymond equipment preferred.
One year of warehouse experience.
Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
Must be open to working overtime as needed.

Other Information:

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm
2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm – Hagerstown, MD
2nd shift must attend orientation on 1st shift
