Entry-Level Sales Consultant (Remote 1099, Unlimited Earnings)
We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Consultants. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with 100% commission-based pay and uncapped income potential. You'll receive step-by-step training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeedno prior sales experience required. This is your chance to launch a career in sales while working from home with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested information about our services
- Conduct virtual or phone consultations to understand client needs and recommend solutions
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Track and manage all client interactions using company systems
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based income
- Organized with strong time management and follow-through abilities
- Comfortable using technology for remote client interactions
- No prior sales or insurance experience requiredtraining provided
