Program Operations Manager

Our client, Kinnect, is a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to strengthening kinship connections and ensuring families, children, and young people have the support and relationships they need to thrive. The Opportunity We are partnering with Kinnect to identify an experienced Operations Manager to support and scale internal systems, processes, and infrastructure. This role works closely with the COO and leadership team to drive efficiency, strengthen operations, and advance strategic goals across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance internal operations and cross-functional coordination Supervise and develop a team of Coordinators Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance Build and streamline processes to support organizational growth Track performance metrics and support data-informed decision-making Support special projects, training, and day-to-day operational needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 3–5 years in operations or nonprofit management Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with systems, reporting, and process improvement This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven organization making a meaningful impact, while playing a key role in shaping and strengthening its operations during an important phase of growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brickpath Group
