Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations within our growing home services company.

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, or confirmations.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar logistics efficiently.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member accurately.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor when handling customer inquiries.

• 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
• Experience in making outbound calls to customers.
• Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

• Proficiency in data entry and managing call logs.
• Comfortable coordinating appointments and managing calendar logistics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

This position is onsite in San Marcos, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute meal break. The role involves operating in a bustling environment, requiring adaptability to frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.

This is a Contract position based out of San Marcos, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
