Job Description

Job Summary

The Press Operator is responsible for managing a manual stamping press used for manufacturing metal bakeware. He/She ensures production is being maintained safely, accurately, and quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate stamping press safely and accurately, meeting daily production goals.
Follow company guidelines and procedures to meet manufacturing specifications.
Alert production supervisors of any manufacturing defects immediately.
Work together as a team with other press operators to maintain production.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Utilize personal protective equipment at all times to ensure safety.
Reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to follow instructions
Excellent hand/eye coordination
Basic understanding of machine operations
Ability to focus and concentrate for extended periods
Resilient with a positive attitude
Self-motivated and solid work ethic
Willingness to learn and take direction
