• Monitoring and assessing the segment’s performance against its strategic objectives


• Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve operational effectiveness


• Leading performance improvement initiatives


• Designing and implementing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, integrating data from internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, MPA)


• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the public sector


• Supporting the development of the segment’s business development strategy


• Supporting the preparation of the segment’s quarterly reviews


• Preparing and delivering presentations and reports for the segment leadership team and other stakeholders
