Coordinates processes to ensure that information systems support departmental business operational needs. Coordinates business functions that may involve participation from multiple business units. May oversee the distribution of computer generated reports to the university community. Performs related responsibilities as required. Additional Job Details We are seeking a Slate Business Operations Specialist to support the administration, optimization, and daily operation of Slate. This position will work closely with functional offices and technical partners to maintain Slate CRM and OPUS processes, support users, improve workflows, ensure data quality, and assist with reporting and system enhancements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, analytical, and comfortable working at the intersection of business operations, data, and technology. Slate Operational Support Support daily business operations within Slate, including application processing, communications, events, forms, portals, queries, reports, workflows, and records management. Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and documentation of Slate functionality. Participate in testing and quality assurance for new configurations, integrations, and process changes. Monitor operational processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. Troubleshoot Slate-related issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders.
