Performance Windows is looking for motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individuals to join our door-to-door sales team. As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will connect with homeowners, introduce them to our window and home-improvement solutions, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and earning based on their performance. We are looking for people who are coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the work to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads: Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to connect with homeowners and identify potential customers.
• Set appointments: Schedule qualified appointments for homeowners to meet with a Performance Windows sales representative.
• Create urgency: Help homeowners understand the benefits of addressing their window needs and the value of scheduling an appointment promptly.
• Build relationships: Establish trust through professional communication, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Meet performance goals: Work toward daily and weekly targets for homeowner conversations, qualified appointments, and team results.
• Handle objections: Respond confidently to questions and concerns while maintaining a professional approach.
• Participate in training: Develop sales techniques, product knowledge, communication skills, and closing strategies through ongoing coaching.

Compensation and Earning Potential

• Full-commission compensation with earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Willingness to work outdoors and walk assigned neighborhoods.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay positive, and maintain consistent effort.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to learn.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
