Retirement Sales Specialist

Supporting the onboarding team, the full-time remote Retirement Sales Activation Specialist will manage the setup and launch of new clients' 401(k) plans, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction while meeting monthly activation targets. Key responsibilities Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in establishing their 401(k) plans Meet monthly activation targets by managing client timelines and ensuring adherence to processes Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer escalations and improve the sales activation experience Required qualifications Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly in 401(k) plans 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
