As a Server, you’ll help to provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience that makes each guest’s day better. RESPONSIBILITIES: Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences. Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders. Assist with assembly of food and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review with guests prior to handoff. Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW customers is fulfilled. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during your shift. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods. For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
