We're hiring a Panel Bender Operator for a temp-to-hire position with a growing manufacturing company. If you have experience with sheet metal fabrication equipment and enjoy producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate panel benders and related equipment
- Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with panel benders, press brakes, or similar fabrication equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Forklift certification is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
