Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation

Assignment length: 13 weeks
Schedule includes 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
Monday hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
