Communicate effectively, motivate others, and respond to their needs and concerns. Handle detailed tasks quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines. Participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and policies. Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, including advising on mortgage, business, and installment loan options. Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using tablets, smartphones, and laptops. Assist other departments as needed and maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Desired Skills: Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience. 6+ months of successful sales experience. Self‑starter who is passionate and motivated. Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies. Strong work ethic and accuracy in completing work. Logical thinking and decision‑making skills. Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems. Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages. Physical/Work Requirements: May need to lift, push, pull, bend, raise, and hold hands and arms overhead. Ability to work overtime as necessary (typically no more than 5%). Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.
