Position Overview Green Apple Barter is seeking a motivated and outgoing Junior Trade Broker (Sales & Business Development) to join our growing team. Responsibilities Prospect and connect with local businesses through calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals Introduce prospective clients to the Green Apple Barter network and explain the benefits of barter Build relationships with business owners through consistent communication and follow‑up Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities Conduct introductory meetings and presentations with potential clients Identify business needs and recommend valuable barter opportunities Assist with onboarding new clients into the network Promote barter opportunities, events, and special promotions Track outreach, leads, and sales activity using internal software systems Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship Assist with marketing initiatives, networking events, and special projects Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail‑oriented Positive, professional, and dependable Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Starting Pay: $20/hour + commission 20% commission on cash fees generated from your clients Bonus opportunities and long‑term earning potential Benefits Include: 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid holidays and paid time off Work‑from‑home flexibility after 1 year Free parking garage Restaurant and gym in building Optional barter benefits valued at approximately $3,600/year Schedule & Location Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM In‑person position located in Pittsburgh (15220) #J-18808-Ljbffr Nichols College
