Nurse SupervisorDiagnostic Endoscopy Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working with the Center Administrator to coordinate and direct clinical activities of the center according to its policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives.Diagnostic Endoscopy, LLC opened in August 2001 when four Stamford physicians embarked on their vision to open a free-standing ambulatory health care facility specializing in colorectal cancer screening and the treatment of various diseases involving the digestive tract.Diagnostic Endoscopy Center is a State, Medicare and AAAHC accredited facility and is staffed by highly trained professionals with extensive experience in endoscopy procedures.Education/Experience:Current CT Nursing license in good standingMaintain BLS and ACLS Certification2 or more years of clinical management experiencePrevious experience in GI or Surgical setting preferredKnowledge of AAAHC or other ASC accreditation a plus!Key Responsibilities:Take charge of clinical area to ensure patient needs are metPromote professionalism, collegiality, and on-going staff training/developmentMaintain compliance with federal, state and accreditation agency requirementsOversee infection control program and environment of careManage continuous quality improvement initiativesThe Nurse Supervisor will work Monday – Friday in a team-oriented environment.We are an equal opportunity employer.We offer Competitive Pay, Medical, Dental and Vision PlansWork/Life balance by Paid Time OffEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
