Job Description

Support attorneys in insurance defense civil litigation matters
Handle state and federal e-filing and court procedures
Manage discovery, document production, and document organization
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case management systems
Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and trial-related materials
Perform transcription and administrative litigation support as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of litigation legal secretary experience
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court filing requirements
Experience with e-filing, discovery, calendaring, and case management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet research
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
