WEX is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers in a remote call center environment. You will handle inquiries about account maintenance, billing, and technical support via phone and email, delivering professional and timely resolutions. You will support one of several WEX Health or Mobility call centers and work across multiple systems, including Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, while maintaining privacy and security standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr WEX
