Locums - Nurse Anesthetist CRNA - CRNA - Lexington - Kentucky

Provide anesthesia services in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting

Work 4x10 hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with 30-minute lunch break

Must be able to work 2 weeks per month minimum

Contract length options of 13 or 26 weeks with extension opportunities

Cover Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neurology cases (no cardiac procedures)

Work under medical direction with anesthesiologists, typically in 2:1 or 3:1 ratios

Support staff includes CRNAs, Anesthesia Technicians, and Anesthesiologists

Handle 1-9 patients daily depending on case load

Treat patients of all age spans except neonatal

Required to work in non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) settings

Perform intubations, central line placement, arterial line placement, and various line procedures

Use EPIC electronic medical record system

Must have minimum 1 year experience in large medical center setting

Level 1 trauma experience required

Board certification through NBCRNA required

Kentucky state license required or willingness to obtain
