Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer – Pullman Miami Airport We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pullman Miami Airport and keep the resort running flawlessly. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical fixtures, plumbing, furniture, and miscellaneous equipment. Execute electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning units, switches, fixtures, and motors. Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems. Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and other finishes. Conduct mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other items. Keep records and logs of completed tasks per company policy. Prepare and submit reports to supervisors in a timely manner. Qualifications Experience in a maintenance role in a hotel or resort environment. Knowledge of household repairs: carpentry, electrical, plumbing. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality. Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, lift up to 100lb. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $19.50‑$21.00 per hour. Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off.
