Onsite Technician

Responsibilities
- Visit customers' homes to install, troubleshoot, and repair technical products like TVs, computers, and smart home devices.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to assist clients with their technology needs.
- Ensure effective setup and connectivity of customer devices within their home networks.
- Educate customers on how to use installed products and provided services for maximum benefit.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records of all customer interactions and installations.
Required Skills
- Proven technical proficiency in handling modern tech gadgets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent verbal communication skills
