Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethics, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $18.50/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm + Occ. OT

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
• Performing minor assembly tasks as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Adhering to safety protocols and wearing required safety gear such as steel-toed shoes

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Willingness to wear safety footwear and appropriate attire such as shorts and tank tops
