About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Baylor team at our Farmerville, LA facility. As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working a 6p-6a shift, Friday to Sunday. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including those with complex medical conditions, wounds, and chronic illnesses
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and medication administration in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana
• 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
