Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at our standalone skilled nursing facility.

Our community offers a beautiful, clean, modern environment with a strong and supportive leadership team already in place. We are looking for the right clinical leader to help take the building to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily nursing operations

  • Lead and support the clinical team

  • Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance

  • Drive staff development and retention

  • Partner with leadership to improve outcomes and facility performance

Qualifications

  • Active RN license

  • Previous DON or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Passion for building culture and developing teams
