Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

At Deep Centered Mental Health, we are growing our outpatient psychiatry practice and are seeking an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who wants to practice thoughtful, integrative psychiatry in a highly supportive, collaborative environment. Develop personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, lifestyle modifications, and when appropriate, consultation or referral for interventional treatments such as TMS and esketamine. Deliver best‑in‑class care with an unwavering commitment to ethical and evidence‑based practices. Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment. Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Licensed to practice in the state of Texas with an unencumbered DEA number. Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Minimum of 2 years of post‑board certification clinical experience practicing as a PMHNP (this is not an entry‑level or new graduate role). Demonstrated experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to ethical and evidence‑based practices. Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools.
