We are seeking a skilled and professional full-time Dental Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations, guide our team, and ensure the success of our practice. This role offers competitive pay of $23-$26/hour , paid time off, dental benefits for you and your family, and a bonus plan to reward your contributions (including referral bonuses). GET FAMILIAR WITH THE ROLE To excel in this position, you'll need: Experience in a similar role Proficiency in dental software Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently What to expect: As our Dental Practice Administrator, you begin your day by reviewing schedules, ensuring the team is prepared for a seamless flow of patients. Throughout the day, you oversee billing, address patient inquiries, and provide guidance on treatment planning and insurance options. Your leadership ensures compliance with dental regulations, supports staff development, and maintains an efficient and positive work environment. Whether resolving challenges or monitoring performance metrics, you play a vital role in driving the practice's success. Your schedule is full-time and varies but falls within normal business hours.
