Project Manager

LTTS (L&T Technology Services-Engineering) Min 7-8+ years’ experience in Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline. Strong experience in industrial automation, manufacturing automation, machine building, special purpose machines (SPMs), tooling, fixtures, or capital equipment projects. Proven experience managing complex mechanical automation projects from concept to commissioning. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, machine design, mechanisms, pneumatics, hydraulics, material handling systems, and industrial equipment. Experience managing fabrication, machining, assembly, installation, and commissioning activities. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tolerancing, GD&T, DFM/DFA principles, and engineering documentation. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple projects and suppliers in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Experience managing robotics integration and automated assembly systems. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience managing global suppliers, fabrication vendors, and contract manufacturers. Knowledge of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, lifting systems, tooling, fixtures, and production automation solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
