We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Restoration Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of insurance restoration project rebuilds- including reviewing scopes of work, coordinating subcontractor crews, and maintaining clear communication with homeowners. The Project Manager will ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while delivering quality results. Frequent on-site visits and travel across multiple sites are expected, with direct reporting to the Operations Manager within a small, focused team. Bonuses are awarded based on project performance and experience.

 

Responsibilities

• Review scopes of work to accurately plan project tasks
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor crews effectively
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners and maintain client communication
• Create and maintain project schedules with frequent updates
• Oversee budgets to ensure cost control and project profitability
• Maintain quality control to meet company and client standards
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms
