Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and service a designated portfolio of small commercial insurance clients while building strong relationships with insureds, producers, and carrier partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where exceptional client service and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of small commercial insurance clients, delivering outstanding service and timely support. Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, certificates of insurance, and other servicing requests. Market renewal and new business accounts to insurance carriers to obtain competitive coverage and pricing. Prepare and present coverage comparisons and policy proposals to support client and producer recommendations. Coordinate the renewal process to ensure policies are reviewed, marketed, and renewed accurately and on schedule. Process policy additions, deletions, and updates while maintaining complete and accurate client records within the agency management system. Collaborate with producers, underwriters, carrier representatives, and internal team members to resolve issues and provide effective client solutions. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, independently handling routine service requests and escalating complex issues when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and applicable insurance regulations. Stay informed of industry trends, carrier updates, and commercial insurance products to better serve clients. Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent required. Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License required Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance, insurance support, customer service, or an administrative role preferred. Working knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and carrier processes, or a strong willingness and ability to learn. Experience with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic or AMS360. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Comfortable learning new technology and navigating multiple software platforms. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational, follow-up, and time management abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Self-starter who works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
