Join us to be part of a team that is transforming the life sciences sector, driving innovation, and improving patient outcome.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill and Experience• SAP Basis & Technical Architecture• Manage end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield migration using SUM DMO tools.• Manage SAP landscape architecture, including HANA installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimizations.• Configure, monitor, and administer SAP systems including:ECC, S/4HANASAP HANA DatabaseSolution ManagerFiori, GatewaySAP Enterprise Portal, Web DispatcherSAP BTP integrations• Perform system sizing, resource planning, and capacity management.• Ensure high system availability, resilience, and reliability across all SAP landscapes.• System Administration & Operations• Oversee SAP system copies, refreshes, kernel upgrades, and patch management.• Conduct performance tuning for ABAP, HANA DB, and application servers.• Manage transport management system (TMS), CTS+, and deployment workflows.• Monitor logs, dumps, traces, and resolve complex system issues.• Manage HANA Cockpit, DB configurations, backup/restore, and security setup.Preferred Skill and ExperienceStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
