What You Will Do Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through the litigation process Develop and execute case strategy Draft and review pleadings, motions and other legal documents Conduct and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations Work with experts and other resources to develop strong cases Prepare cases for trial Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their cases Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and support staff to move cases forward Advocate aggressively and professionally on behalf of clients What We Are Looking For Juris Doctor (JD) Strong litigation, legal research and writing skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Sound judgment and the ability to develop effective case strategies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Competitive drive and a strong work ethic A team-first mentality Commitment to accountability and delivering high-quality work Genuine interest in plaintiff personal injury litigation The Broussard Knoll Mindset At Broussard Knoll, how we work matters just as much as the work itself.
