Manufacturing Technician II - Component Prep 1st Shift

Manufacturing Technician II supports component preparation operations at a regulated manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include equipment cleaning, filter testing, material staging, and GMP documentation to ensure production readiness and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform filter integrity testing and other required equipment testing per approved procedures
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare manufacturing equipment and components for production use
- Stage, assemble, and distribute materials according to production schedules and SOPs
- Complete batch records, cleaning logs, and GMP documentation accurately in real time
- Inspect and segregate equipment and materials; communicate discrepancies affecting operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory experience
- Ability to follow written procedures and manufacturing documentation accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Effective communication and cross-functional teamwork
