What You'll Do:
Prospect & Generate Leads Network, cold call, and follow up with clients in your territory
Conduct In-Home Sales Consultations Help customers choose the right flooring based on their style, budget, and needs
Close Deals & Drive Revenue Present solutions, provide estimates, and follow up to secure sales
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For:
Proven In-Home Sales Experience (Flooring, Windows, Doors, Roofing, or Home Improvement Sales is a MUST)
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Ability to engage customers and close sales
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation In-home consultations require travel
