Express Lube Advisor

Pay: $3,000 - $8,000/monthly Commission based on performance

Schedule: Full-time

We searching for a highly motivated and experienced Express Lube Advisor to join our award winning team! Responsibilities:

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

Qualifications:

• Communication skills - communicates effectively with others.
• Previous experience as a Express Advisor or Service Advisor preferred
• Time management - managing one's own time and time of others.
• Typing - ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
• Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
