Malone is hiring for Production Operators at one of the leading manufacturers in the San Carlos, CA area! To apply you must have some manufacturing experience. Shift Details :

• A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00AM to 6:00PM
• B Shift: Friday to Monday 6:00AM to 6:00PM
• Pay is $19-$27 per hour depending on experience.

Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Read work orders, set up, run and reset specified manufacturing equipment consistent with customer requirements, established production and quality standards, notify lead/supervisor of equipment failure or problems; seek to improve efficiency and make process change recommendations to Supervisors.
• Prepare product throughout the production process using safety knives, scissors, & tweezers.
• Locate, stock, build, & manage WIP from the production line in terms of storage & inventory control; load and unload material onto or from production fixed equipment to carriers & mobile racks; deliver WIP safely & efficiently throughout the production line & prepare shipments for delivery.
• Operate safety sensitive and heavy equipment such as electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, & fixed equipment.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

Production Operator Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have at least 6 months of manufactuering/production floor expeirnece.
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and a background check
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
