Salary: $150,000-$160,000 + Bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends

SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a high-volume long-term care pharmacy supporting the IDD and behavioral health community.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with full ownership of pharmacy operations, team performance, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys running and optimizing an operation-not simply supervising a function.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, including order entry, verification, and cycle-fill workflows
• Drive workflow efficiency, operational structure, and continuous process improvement
• Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and FDA regulations
• Lead regulatory audits, inspections, and controlled substance programs
• Oversee medication procurement, storage, security, and inventory processes
• Establish and monitor KPIs tied to accuracy, speed, productivity, and service levels
• Build accountability across the pharmacy team and drive consistent performance
• Partner with leadership on regulatory matters and operational strategy

WHAT YOU BRING
• Active Pharmacist license
• Progressive leadership experience
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience
• Experience working in a high-volume, production-focused pharmacy environment
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to improve workflows, processes, and operational performance
• Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections
• Strong leadership, organization, and accountability skills

PREFERRED
• Long-term care pharmacy experience
• 3+ years of experience as a PIC or in pharmacy leadership
• FrameworkLTC experience
