The Landscaper plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces by supervising a small crew, operating landscaping equipment, and ensuring quality work at local job sites. This position requires hands-on experience with manual landscaping tools and the ability to manage equipment maintenance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a crew of five or fewer workers
• Maintain and repair mowers and landscaping equipment with regular upkeep
• Drive trucks and trailers to local job sites
• Execute landscaping tasks using manual tools and machinery
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the landscaping industry
