This role owns supply forecasting, monitors demand trends, and translates insights into actionable supply plans that optimize inventory, reduce waste, and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Planning & ForecastingOwn end-to-end supply forecasting, converting demand plans into executable supply plansBuild and refine forecasting models to support a growing multi-unit footprintMonitor demand trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory levelsS&OP LeadershipEstablish and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processesDrive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Marketing, Culinary, and OperationsInfluence stakeholders at all levels through data and insightsProduct Lifecycle ManagementManage the full product lifecycle from launch through obsolescenceCoordinate product transitions and optimize inventory strategiesAnalytics & ReportingDevelop dashboards and reporting to track supply chain performance and KPIsConduct ad hoc analysis using data from ERP systems, procurement tools, and analytics platformsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsSupply Chain OptimizationIdentify and resolve shortages, excess inventory, and inefficienciesImprove processes to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiencyPartner closely with suppliers and distributors to maintain optimal inventory flowQualificationsExperience5+ years in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analyticsExperience in a high-growth, multi-unit or foodservice environment preferredExperience in produce, perishable goods, or a restaurant environment is highly preferredTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BIExperience with ERP or supply chain systems (e.g., inventory, procurement platforms)Advanced analytical and forecasting capabilitiesCore CompetenciesData-driven decision making and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityHighly organized with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience with forecasting and inventory optimization toolsFamiliarity with cloud-based data platformsSupply chain certifications (CSCP, CPIM)Knowledge of perishable or food supply chainsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + bonusMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Flexible PTOHSA/FSA optionsCareer growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative, mission-driven culture
