Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations Custom fit glasses & place prescription in lenses accurately Act as a leader in optical acumen Take & record measurements, adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards & customer needs Assist team with complex product needs & prescriptions Accurately use technology despite time pressure & customer volume, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tool use Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded, solution‑driven Multi‑task, prioritize & manage time amid competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs & competencies Maintain store appearance, help keep the store clean, attractive & organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated, with a desire for continual learning, improvement & results Adhere to company policies & procedures, including discounts, promotions & inventory management Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Aware of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPad/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators Embrace new technology & change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service & retail experience Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $33.69 - $39.02 Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
