Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do:Work within a cross‑functional team and interface with customers and program leadershipCreate and decompose requirements, define system interfaces, and determine verification and validation methodsSupport system performance analysis, integration, and test activitiesConduct testing of optical and electrical components and integrated systems; collect and analyze performance dataIdentify and resolve issues uncovered during testing; support design improvements and perform troubleshooting and calibrationExecute integration, verification, and validation testing and generate comprehensive test reportsProvide engineering support for test process development, baseline definition, and test architecture designWhat You Will Learn:You will contribute to Systems Engineering & Test Center (SE&TC) activities spanning the entire product development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in system integration and testing while supporting critical projectsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant Systems engineering experienceSystem software, system hardware, system requirements, and/or testingSystem hardware/software installation, integration, and troubleshootingAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
