Join our dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of others! Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team

Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
