Bilingual Customer Sales Associate (English - Spanish)

Bilingual Customer Sales Associate (English-Spanish) Provide high‑level service and sales to our Spanish‑speaking customer base for The Restaurant Store’s cash‑and‑carry location in Davie, Florida. Responsibilities Conduct business‑to‑business sales and customer service with a focus on building relationships with Spanish‑speaking customers. Follow the TRS process: build brand awareness, assess customer needs, exceed expectations, and build loyalty. Perform basic cashier functions and load products into customer vehicles. Maintain the store through cleaning, merchandising, restocking shelves, and putting away incoming stock. Analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and re‑order status. Promote private‑label brands to maximize gross profit. Educate prospective customers on our competitive advantages (people, technology, price). Educate Spanish‑speaking customers on our “Brick and Click” business model and website usage. Physical Demands Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours per day. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulation. Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 lbs. Education & Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food service, retail, or customer service. High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems and project‑management tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple, concise manner. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptability to business‑needs changes and ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence. Service‑leadership approach with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. Language Skills Business‑level proficiency in English and Spanish.
