You will have the opportunity to problem-solve and provide timely, accurate information to both our customers and internal teams. Most inquiries will be handled using the Lantronix ERP system. In this role, you will be responsible for staying organized throughout the sales process to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. Success in this position requires adaptability, a commitment to best practices, and a focus on supporting the company's growth through revenue-related activities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionallyRespond to customers via chat, phone, and emailCoordinate with Sales to ensure a positive customer experienceClose out quotes and opportunities based on incoming purchase ordersManage Customer service mailbox and inquiresAssist with backlog and shipments reports to ensure accurate forecast data is capturedHandle PO acceptance and enter orders into the IFS ERP system; respond to order related questionsProvide solutions to customer service issues as they ariseMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailMaintain close communication with customers regarding shipping and trackingWork with the Lantronix scheduling department on Pull-ins sand pushoutsCollaborate with Sales and Customer Support to ensure a closed-loop processRequirements/Qualifications:1-2 year of experience in customer service or business (intern experience accepted)Easily adaptable to change with a growth mindsetAbility to identify and resolve issues before they escalateExperience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plusSalesforce.com experience is a plusComfortable using the phone and other conferencing toolsHighly organized and proactive in completing work, solving problems, and ensuring accuracy.This position will be located in either Plymouth, MN or Irvine, CA.The pay for this position is $25/hour to 28.84 depending on location and experience.Lantronix Benefits (US)We offer our employees a total rewards package designed to meet the diverse and ever-changing needs of our employees and their families.
