PediCare Nursing Agency is hiring a compassionate and skilled  Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient in  Pascagoula, MS .

This  Part-Time or PRN opportunity is ideal for a nurse looking for evening or overnight hours while providing meaningful, one-on-one pediatric care in the comfort of the patient's home.

Location: Pascagoula, MS
Position Type: Part-Time or PRN
Shift Available: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
Scheduling: Choose the available shifts that work for you

ABOUT THE CASE

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient in their home.

Clinical needs include:

• G-tube feedings and care

• Medication administration

• Suctioning and airway management

• Ongoing nursing assessment and monitoring

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

The assigned nurse will provide one-on-one care throughout the shift , allowing for focused assessment, intervention, and support of the patient and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physician's plan of care

• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor for changes in patient condition

• Administer G-tube feedings, medications, treatments, and other ordered interventions

• Perform suctioning and airway management as ordered and clinically indicated

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Communicate changes or concerns appropriately with the clinical team

• Educate and support the patient's family regarding home-care needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi

• Current BLS certification

• Current TB screening within the past 12 months

• Ability to meet all required  state background screening requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

• Pediatric, private duty, G-tube, or airway management experience is a plus
